I had 'em write their numbers to 100 for Good Morning Work . . . could have heard a pin drop :) |
Fun computer station today during roations . . . and they were quietly helping each other! WOW!! |
We did Ron Brown's Rowing Song after lunch ... they ate it up! CLICK HERE to hear the song and read about how I use it in my classroom :) |
As you can see, we had a stellar day. I know this post is mostly fluff, but I promise to be back on track in a couple of days with a fun and oh-so timely freebie. As of this evening, I am just keepin' my head above water . . . and trying to keep my eyes open through this post :) Thanks for visiting sweet friends. I will see you soon.
I am so happy for you! It sounds like you will have a blessed year!

DeleteYEY for a wonderful 2 days! So happy you have a good class :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Nina!
DeleteI use the old socks for erasers, too! Keep the markers inside, and it makes it so much easier to keep everything together. The kids always think it's funny to use a sock!
ReplyDeleteI'm a little behind in my blogging, but this was timed right for me as I just finished my day two today:) Nothin' wrong (I think) with "mostly fluff" posts...we all like to hear and be reaffirmed that someone is doing roughly the same things we are, especially at first when you feel you're wasting sooo much time "rehearsing". I had 23 last year, and it was a nightmare! So happy to hear your year is off to a super start:)
