PARENT GIFTS - ANY SUGGESTIONS?

I am so frustrated .....grrrrrrrrr (did u catch all that hostility in my growl)!?!? Blogger has been giving me fits all day (I kept getting a funky error message) and it just erased my draft. So .... I give up. Short and sweet and then I am off to have a beverage. With the end of the year rapidly approaching, it is time to start thinking about thank you gifts. I always start sweating when parent helper gifts come to mind. I have never been all that happy with my gifts in the past. What do you do? Please share if you have a moment. I have 7 awesome parents this year. Yes, you read that correctly! SEVEN. Help me!

  2. Thankfully, my school does a big event for our volunteers and all the teachers cook and our students do a little performance for them. This year, I only have 1 volunteer, but she does EVERYTHING! I plan on giving her a cute card and a gift card for a mani-pedi! So not artsy and crafty... but I know she loves to get her nails done!

  3. I just found your blog via Second in Line. I'm your newest follower. Pinterest is definitely the way to go. My end of the year gifts have varied with things like students painting flower pots & planting flowers, Starbucks gift cards with a homemade edible gift, fresh flowers, class books, etc. Stop by my new blog when you get the chance :)

  4. Hi Kelley! The following link shares an idea to fill a box with ice cream toppings and cones. Then you attach a label that reads, "Just Add Ice Cream." This probably wouldn't be too expensive as you could buy larger containers and then split the toppings up into smaller containers. I plan on making these for my two room parents and aide.
